A few things
before the verdict.
Is the AI live yet?
Yes. When you request a rating, GPT-4.1 mini analyzes your photo and returns feedback about the visible clothing. The hero illustration has an example score; your own results come from the AI. Results can vary, and style is subjective.
What happens to my photo?
Your photo stays in browser memory until you select Rate my fit. We resize it, remove embedded metadata by re-encoding it, then send it through Netlify to OpenAI. FITCHECK does not save photos or ratings in a database and requests that OpenAI not store the response. Provider security and abuse-monitoring retention may still apply. Remove the photo or close the page to clear the local copy. Downloaded cards stay on your device.
Can I use an iPhone photo?
JPG, PNG, and WEBP are supported. HEIC works only if your browser can decode it; otherwise export the photo as JPG and try again. Maximum file size is 10 MB.
Does it cost anything?
You can try a rating without checkout. To limit usage, requests are limited to five per three minutes per IP address. Paid credits and checkout are not active.
